IP개요 | In the power constraint devices, power efficiency is a one of the important topics. And for improving the power efficiency of the DC-DC convertor, we can achieve high power efficiency of the portable devices. So here we propose buck converter, in which improved power efficiency. It consists of input block which including switch MOS, output block which including inductor and capacitor, and control block which including block groups for generating PWM signal. The simulation result of this circuit showed 1.788 V of output voltage, 3.799 mV of ripple voltage, and 97.259% of power efficiency under the 3 V of power supplying condition in the Cadence tool. And MagnaChip 180 nm process was used for fabrication of the circuit. |
