| IP개요 | The investigation on biological neurons and synapses behavior in the human brain, a CMOS neuromorphic system is implemented to mimic the behavior of biological neurons. Since the basic properties of silicon neurons are fixed at the time of design and after the chip fabrication, it is impossible to change the design. It is critical to implement a circuit that is an accurate model of the real neurons while being compact, low-power, and compatible with asynchronous logic. I have implemented a neural network circuit in the 180nm CMOS technology node using Cadence program and investigated the resulting characteristics of neural network. |
