| IP개요 | Proposed ADC is designed with Differential input S/H CDAC, 8bit SAR Logic circuit, a preamp and differential comparator. This ADC has 8bit output register, which is a register for converted digital signal. also, a single input ADC is used to detect the Drain voltage of TEST DEVICE. This device is used to test the aging of MOSFET, to check the increment of Drain Voltage for very short time, (1us ~ 1s) by sampling & Hold technique. |
