IP개요 | This chip presents an ultra-low power Switched Capacitor DC-DC (SC DC-DC) Converter. The chip will be fully integrated in 180nm CMOS process. The expected efficiency and output voltage ripple of SC DC-DC Converter can be achieved 92% and less than 5mV at 10mA load current, respectively. Moreover, the circuit is able to handle the wide range of output current from 1mA to 10mA. The novel adaptive conversion ratio switching technique is also proposed to improve the power efficiency at the conversion boundary. |
