| IP개요 | A 20 Gbps optical receiver system is presented. The proposed receiver consists of Shunt-Feedback TIA, a Limiting Amplifier and an Output Matching Buffer with DC Offset Cancellation. The measured trans-impedance gain is around 78 dB Ohm with a bandwidth of 18 GHz. Eye diagrams have been measured up to 12 Gbps. | ||
