IP개요 | According to the advance of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, a lot of research is conducted to implement an AI application in an embedded system. In this paper, we propose a programmable embedded AI processor that include Cortex-M0 core and k-NN dedicated hardware accelerator. The AI accelerator was optimized to operate in resource-constraint embedded system. We design the proposed processor with Verilog HDL and verify by simulation and implementing the design on Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). We will fabricate the programmable embedded AI processor with Samsung 28 um RFCMOS 1-poly 8-metal technology. The embedded AI processor operates in 1.2V, 50MHz frequency and the circuit is digital type |
