| IP개요 | This paper proposes 505-channel retinal prosthesis. The proposed retinal prosthesis chip is composed of a digital controller and 505-pixel stimulator array. A photodiode sharing method was used to improve the accuracy of light sensing. A current driver sharing method was used to save space. The retinal prosthesis chip will be manufactured through TSMC 250nm CMOS process with 1.8V/5V supply voltage, with a total size of 4mm x 5mm. | ||
