| IP개요 | This paper presents a single inductor multiple output (SIMO) DC-DC Buck Converter with Output Voltage Aware Charge Control (OVACC). The chip is implemented in 0.18μm CMOS process. Simulation results show that the best cross regulation is 0.016mV/mA and the peak power efficiency is 86 % when total output power is 556mW. Because of high voltage stress problem and high current driving capability, the CMOS devices should not be used for power switches in some specific DC-DC Converter. The BCD technology is also presented in this paper. By using DMOS power devices in place of power switch of DC-DC converter, it is possible to realize the chip that deliver high output power without excessive dissipation and have good performance. |
