| IP개요 | This study presents a ka-band RF channel with reflection type phase shifter for the phased array system in 65-nm CMOS process. In order to minimize the Tx/Rx in-band gain ripple and adjust the beam shape precisely through the continuous phase control, the reflection type phase shifter is employed. In addition, to cover the fifth generation frequency range of 26.5 to 27.5 GHz, the wideband power amplifier and wideband low noise amplifier are employed. | ||
