IP개요 This proposal presents a compact and low-power RC-less amplitude-shift keying (ASK) demodulator employing a four-ray architecture for high-density implantable devices. The proposed system aims to address key challenges in wireless telemetry for densely integrated implantable systems, including the need for high data rates and energy-efficient operation. A Schmitt trigger-based digital envelope detector (DED) is adopted to enable robust operation under varying external conditions through adjustable threshold levels. The architecture is designed to support simultaneous demodulation of four distinct data streams, achieving high data throughput within a single carrier frequency band via inductively coupled coils. The proposed system will be implemented using the DB HiTek 180 nm BCDMOS process and evaluated in a wireless power transmission environment. Through this design, stable and accurate demodulation performance is expected, demonstrating its potential applicability to implantable medical devices requiring high-density stimulation.
