This work aims to develop a Power Management Unit (PMU) for low-power edge AI devices and miniaturized computing systems, which must effectively operate under diverse operating conditions and widely varying power demands. The proposed PMU is designed to provide stable and efficient power delivery despite large variations in computational workload and system activity. The main design target is to limit the supply-voltage variation to less than 1% while supporting a wide input and output power range from the nW level to the mW level. By adaptively responding to changing load conditions, the proposed PMU is intended to serve as a robust power-management solution for next-generation low-power intelligent systems |
