IP개요 | This work presents the design of bidirectional neural interface analog front-end IC for implantable medical devices using Skhynix/Magnachip 0.18-?m CMOS process. The implemented analog front-end IC is comprised of a neural stimulator which can deliver up to 1 mA of current to the high impedance electrode-tissue interface, and a low-power low-voltage low-noise neural recording amplifier which can process both action potential and local field potential signals in the band of 1 Hz to 5 kHz. | ||
