| IP개요 | The purpose of this work is to develop an efficient and reliable method to detect HAB remotely through optical sensing. The work proposes a switched capacitor based TIA for the optical sensing readout circuit that offers low power, low noise characteristics. It operates with a supply of 1.8V and for a pulse current input with 1us pulse width, modeling the output of the optical sensor. The analog design is done in Magnachip/SK Hynix 0.18um CMOS process. | ||
