| IP개요 | In this work, we design dual mode PWM/PFM buck converter for portable electronic devices such as smart phones, tablets, etc. The design is originated from power switches, controller circuit and protection circuit. Also, the transient response when the buck converter switches between PWM/PFM is further improved by using a voltage storage cell. The simulation results in 0.18 um CMOS process demonstrated a good performance in power efficiency as well as under/over shoot voltages. | ||
