IP개요 | This paper presents a 10 bits 100 kS/s fully differential input signal based SAR-ADC, implement in 180 nm CMOS. We introduce a comparator with rail to rail input swing and rail to rail input common voltage. In this design, we use monotonic switching algorithm for DAC to reduce switching energy consumption. With these techniques, the prototype ADC achieves measured SNDR and SFDR of 54.11 dB (8.69 b), 71.15 dB respectively. | ||
