– The purpose of this research is develop a pulse-width modulation (PWM) buck converter for fast load transient response. When the difference of the output voltage and the reference voltage is increased to the threshold voltage in the load transient situation, PWM generator makes a full duty signal to power switches. It is help to restore the output voltage to the reference voltage. The proposed converter improves the load transient response speed and decreases the overshoot/undershoot at the output voltage. Finally, the proposed converter is fabricated with CMOS process by using the proposed technique. |
