IP개요 This work presents 2nd-order noise-shaping SAR (NSSAR) ADC with an enhanced input impedance, designed to meet the stringent energy efficiency and bio-potential acquisition requirements. The proposed architecture aims to achieve input impedance levels comparable to those of Continuous-Time DeltaSigma Modulators (CT-DSM) while preserving the inherent advantages of NS-SAR ADCs, such as low power consumption and
high resolution. Fabricated in a 65-nm CMOS process, the proposed ADC operates with a 1kHz bandwidth and consumes only 10μW of power. It achieves over 175dB of FOMSNDR performance, demonstrating its high energy efficiency, while also significantly
improving the input impedance to 100MΩ, making it well-suited for bio-potential signal acquisition applications.
