| IP개요 | This work presents an injection-locked quadrature clock generator (IL-QCG)-based low-power CDN for HBM. Distributing a single, lower-frequency signal including all quadrature phases of SIN in a rotating order, this work reduces clock distribution power by 1/17. The IL-QCG suppresses the jitter of SIN and PSIJ while restoring the accurate high-frequency quadrature clocks, SOUT, locally at the DQ-group side. Its instant phase alignment allows SOUT to toggle instantly without a continuous clock.  |
