This proposal presents the W-band RF transceiver front-end module. The transceiver is designed to operating in TDD, SPDT switch is included. Power amplifier and low noise amplifier is connected to the Tx and Rx path of the switch. And each paths are cascaded to variable gain amplifier and passive phase shifter. Design targets of the transceiver are gain over 20 dB for each path, 5 dBm output P1dB of Tx path and 15 dB noise figure of Rx path. For phase control, 5-bit passive phase shifter is designed.
