IP개요 This design presents a V-band Doppler motion sensor circuit driven by a two outputs port differential cross coupled oscillator-circuit to provide RF signal power to the transmitting antenna at one port and to pump the passive mixer from the other port without any bulky power splitter and amplifier. The oscillator and a passive mixer are integrated on the same die using the 25 nm CMOS technology. A planar transmitting antenna, a planar receiving antenna and an active low-pass filter are designed and connected to the integrated oscillator and mixer die for Doppler motion sensor. A 10 meter of detecting distance as a Dopper motion sensor will be demonstrated by combining the presented integrated oscillator and mixer circuit, an active low-pass filter, planner transmitting antennas and receiving antennas without power amplifier or low noise amplifier. A 77 GHz frequency signal will be generated by 28 nm CMOS process with oscillator and mixer circuit design
