IP개요 This proposal presents a fully integrated switched-capacitor boost converter(SCBC) energy harvesting system for wearable thermoelectric generators (TEG). The self start-up circuit is designed to drive the main circuit from the low input voltage. The main charge pump consists of several voltage doublers for boosting voltage. The output voltage is regulated by a hysteresis comparator with a ripple between VH and VL. Also, TEG, time-domain maximum power point tracking(MPPT), is applied to obtain maximum power on the energy harvesting source. The proposed SCBC model is designed on a 28nm CMOS process.
