IP개요 | Since semiconductor technologies have been advancing towards the optimum performance of digital systems, more digital signal processing functions can be integrated on a chip with better performance at lower cost. Analog circuits, however, cannot fully benefit from the semiconductor technology scaling. In this work we will design the Low Pass Filter(LPF) without analog amplifiers. It will be realized by signal processing in time domain system, analog voltage domain signal will be converted to time domain signal. The alternative amplifier is consists of VCDL, phase detector and charge pump. The time-based Op-amp and analog filter will be fabricated in 65-nm CMOS technology. Operating with a 0.9V supply, the maximum operating frequency is 4-MHz. the filter will be achieves with SNDR of under 60-dB. This circuit type is mixed analog circuit. This project will be designed several version to achieve good performance. Therefore design size of 4mm X 4mm is needed. |
