In this paper, we present a High-Speed Neuromorphic Network Controller for Multiple Neuro-Memories Processing. Prompt and concise instructions are required to control neuromorphic memories more efficiently. In order to generate the concise instructions, this controller adopts more efficient FSM (Finite State Machine) optimized with instructions. Based on these advantages, our controller processes multiple neuromorphic memories. By controlling multiple memories, neuromorphic network controller gets faster processing time. Also, this controller gets an increased accuracy of performance. We will fabricate the High-Speed Neuromorphic Network Controller with Magnachip/Hynix 0.35 um CMOS technology. The Neuromorphic Network Controller operates in 3.3V, 50MHz frequency and circuit is digital type. |
