| IP개요 | The purpose of this work is to develop a low power and low noise readout circuit for interfacing with CHEMFET sensors. It consists of Correlated Double Sampling circuit with switched capacitor low pass filter to achieve low noise, consume low power and eliminate DC offset and drifts. The circuit operates at a clock frequency of 1MHz and operates with a supply voltage of 3.3V. Magnachip/SK hynix 0.18um CMOS process is used to design the proposed readout circuit. | ||
