IP개요 The beta-ray sensor circuit can be used for true random number generators and requires a low-noise design. As a result of spectrum analysis using a pulse shaper for the CSA circuit, which is an AFE, from the beta-ray sensor circuit consisting of a CSA circuit, a pulse shaper circuit, a comparator circuit, and a monostable multivibrator, according to the feedback circuit configuration and the folded cascode CMOS OP-AMP circuit used in the CSA circuit, the noisethreshold characteristics were different. Therefore, in this study, based on the measured noisethreshold measurement results of the CSA circuit, a structure in which a PMOS feedback resistor and a feedback capacitor are connected in parallel is used as the feedback circuit, and two kinds of CMOS OP-AMP circuits are designed: a circuit that considers thermal noise reduction and a circuit that does not consider it.When the chip is manufactured through IDEC MPW, we plan to measure the noise threshold through spectrum analysis.
