Recently in data communication, the amounts of data between systems are increasing and the reliability of data is getting more important. There are some kinds of method to detect communication error such as adler-32 checksum or CRC. Each method has different advantages in aspect of error detection rate and simplicity of implementation. CRC (Cyclic Redundancy Check) is a kind of cyclic code that has high performance of detecting single and burst errors. It is widely used in digital networks like CAN-FD or in compression data format like PNG because of its high reliability. we propose a new CRC system that can be used to detecting errors in communication. Usual CRC algorithms can become a bottleneck because they put all input data into the LSFR. Therefore, we propose the method of reducing data put into the LSFR by using multiple adders. |
