| IP개요 | 본 IP는 공급전압1.8 V, 10 bit, 10 MHz segmented BWA(Binary Weighted attenuation capacitor) 구조의 CADC을 가진 SAR ADC 및 이 회로의 CDAC layout method가 제안되었다. 본 ADC 회로는 segmented CDAC 구조를 (Binary Weighted attenuation capacitor(BWA)구조에 접목하여 capacitor mismatch의 영향을 감소시켰다. 또한 CDAC의 layout에서 attenuation capacitor와 MSB, LSB의 연결을 위해 custom routing capacitor를 제안하여 parasitic capacitance를 줄였다. 제안된 ADC는 Cadence tool simulation을 이용해 전체 회로가 검증되었다. |
