IP개요 Abstract – We present a low power ASIC for bio-impedance spectroscopy which performs bio-impedance measurement at several frequencies simultaneously. The system consists of a bootstrapped switch - BS, two-segmented Capacitive DAC array, a low power dynamic amplifier, and a noise shaping filter for applying noise shaping filter. The bootstrapped switch sample the input sinusoidal signal to CDAC and prevents the leakage from the CDAC, the dynamic latch comparator with kickback-drinker exactly compares the input differential voltage, and the noise shaping filter filters the final residue voltage and adds to next conversion phase. An FPGA is required for post-processing with MATLAB DSP code.
