| IP개요 | A low power CMOS MedRadio receiver RF front-end for medical devices is presented. The RF front-end adopts a current-reuse resistive feedback topology LNA to increase overall gm and reduce power consumption using low supply voltage. Additionally, the front-end adopts current-reuse current bleeding active mixer to decrease 1/f noise and power consumption. When the low power CMOS MedRadio receiver RF front-end is implemented using 0.65 nm CMOS technology, the RF front-end achieves a noise figure of 1.91 dB, a voltage gain of 43.42 dB, and IIP3 of ?41.19 dBm while consuming 0.36 mA from a 1 V supply voltage. |
