IP개요 This paper addresses an approach for face recognition using artificial intelligence with ternary content addressable memory (TCAM). We present the results of our investigations into the ML voltage of TCAM memory in different technology nodes when used as TCAM array. All the simulations are based on 180nm technology with the supply voltage of 1.8V at a maximum operating frequency of 500MhZ. The Comparative analysis is also done using different technologies. Each TCAM cell memory presents a unique and unpredictable start-up patterns when powered up. In order to use a TCAM in an application, the stability needs to be assured under a wide variety of conditions such as temperature and applied voltage. Furthermore the different memories must be unique and contain sufficient entropy. This paper presents the results of tests that investigate these properties of different TCAM memory technology nodes.
