| IP개요 | (1) DPWM과 PFM을 혼용한 buck type DC-DC converter 본 MPW에서 제작하고자 하는 첫 번째 회로는 DPWM(Digital Pulse Width Modulator)과 PFM(Pulse Frequency Modulator)을 필요에 따라 자동적으로 선택하여 작동하는 buck type의 Dual mode DC-DC converter이다. 제안하는 회로는 load의 Power사용 상황에 맞추어 DPWM과 PFM을 적절히 사용함으로써 switching loss를 줄일 수 있다. (2) 10bit 20MS/s conversion speed의 성능을 가지는 저전력 고성능 SAR ADC 본 MPW를 사용하여 제작하고자 하는 두 번째 회로는 10bit 의 Resolution을 가지고, 20MS/s 의 conversion speed의 성능을 가지는 저전력 고성능 SAR(Successive Approximation Register) - type ADC(Analog to Digital Converter)를 설계하고자 한다. |
